Blood Cleansing and Regeneration

Blood is composed of discrete cells that swim in a straw-colored liquid. For the cells to be healthy, the pH of the plasma must perfect, and the terrain must be free of toxins, infections, parasites, and fungi. In general, it is important to clean the plasma first, then nourish the red and white blood cells. The choice of herbs would depend on the condition of the plasma. Some people will have to guess, but exposure to toxic chemicals and metals would be different from viable organisms such as bacteria, viruses, parasites, yeast, and mold. Without examining the blood, an educated guess is the only way to proceed, but people can use general blood and liver cleansers and then gradually use more and more specific herbs and finally provide the nutrients required to have healthy and efficient red and white blood cells.
